中医养生学说之所以长盛不衰,行之有效,是因为其在中医理论的指导下形成,重视人与自然界的和谐统一,强调整体性,善于调动人的主观能动性。 一、保养精、气、神
中医学把人身最重要的物质与功能活动概括为精、气、神,认为是生命之根本,是维持人体整个生命活动的三大要素。
精,泛指人体一切营养物质,有先天与后天之分,先天之精禀受于父母,后天之精来源于饮食。精主要由肾来管理,常常有“肾精”之称。“人始生,先成精”,精不仅是构成人体的基本要素,而且主宰人体的整个生长。发育、生殖、衰老过程。
气,是维护人体生命活动所必需的精微物质。是推动人体脏腑组织机能活动的动力,它既是物质的代称,也是功能的表现。气在人体有推陈出新、温煦脏腑、防御外邪、固摄精血、转化营养等重要职能。“人之有生,全赖此气”。气能周流不息,如环无端,人体则健康无病,故古人说:“气是溺年药”。现代实验研究亦表明,“气”可能是免疫力形成的物质基础。故气不可耗,不可滞,滞耗则多病。
神,是指人体的一系列精神意识,思维活动,为心(相当于现代医学的大脑)所主。心为人体的最高司令官,神则居其首要地位,心健则神气充足,神气充足则身强,神气涣散则身弱,故《灵枢·邪客》说:“心者,五脏六腑之大主也,精神之所舍也。……心伤则神去,神去则死矣。”因此,清心寡欲以养神,人体就能保持健康、益寿延年。白居易诗云:“忧极心劳血气衰,未到三十生白发。”这是神耗而早衰的真实写照。经常保持精神愉快,心胸宽广,是养神的首务。
精充、气足、神全,是健康的保证;精亏、气虚、神耗,是衰老的原因。精、气、神虽各具其特性,但三者是不可分割的一个整体,存则仅存,亡则俱亡。
张景岳说:“善养生者,必宝其精,精盈气盛,气盛则神全,神全则身健,身健则病少。“明·陈继儒在《养生肤语》中指出:“精能生气,气能生神,则精气又生神之本也,保精以储气,储气以养神,此长生之要耳。”有医家认为精、气、神为“内三宝”,耳、目、口为“外三宝”,要养生保健长寿延年,必须“常使内三宝不逐物而流,外三宝不诱中而扰”。
所以要保养精、气、神三宝,关键在于修身养性,清心寡欲,则心不外驰、意不外想,神不妄游,情不安动,气不外耗。气功中的静养功法,就是通过自我调节,控制心身,是保养人体精、气、神一种较好的手段。
它要求思想高度集中,静心宁神,摒除杂念,放松全身,达到万念皆空,使大脑皮层处于一种保护性抑制状态。久久行之,能收到保养精气神的功效。精足,气旺,神全,则精神焕发、行动矫健,老年人能鹤发童颜,延年益寿,青年人可长葆青春,推迟衰老。此见如太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏等,均是调摄精气神的好方法。
二、生活要有规律
据《黄帝内经》记载,上古时候人的寿命是比较长的,“春秋皆度百岁而动作不衰”,后世则不然,“年半百而动作皆衰”,其原因在于:“上古之人,其知道者,法于阴阳,和于术数,食饮有节,起居有常,不妄作劳,故能形与神俱,而尽修其天年,度万岁乃去”。后世的人则“以酒为乐,心妄为常,醉以入房,以欲竭其精,以耗散其真,不知持满,不时御神,务快其心,逆于生乐,起居无节,放半百而衰也”。也就是说,生活有规律性,人就会延年益寿;生活没有规律性,人就会早衰短寿。
首先是饮食要有规律,宜定时定量,不宜过饥过饱,不宜偏食。
《灵枢·五味》云:“谷不入,半日则气衰,一日则气少矣。”援食不足,不能满足人体正常生命活动的需要,气血生化之源不足,不能保障人体器官的能量供应,久之可致早衰。反之,“饮食自倍,肠胃乃伤”。饮食过量,也是损害人体健康,导致衰老的一个重要因素。进食过多,超过了消化器官的承受能力,就会损伤脾胃,不能正常地腐熟运化水谷精微,消化吸收功能障碍。现代临床证实,饮食过饱,暴饮暴食,不仅影响消化器官的功能,还可使心脑等器官供血不足,突发心脑血管病。长期的不节制地饮食,尤其是中年以后不注意这一点,过剩的脂肪沉积形成
肥胖症、脂肪肝。血液流速减慢、血液粘稠度增高、心脑血管硬化,可使人提前衰老。所以有“饭吃七分饱,不用医生找”之说。
偏食也是致病之因,衰老之由。中医特别强调“五谷为养,五果为助,五畜为益,五菜为充”,五谷杂粮,兼收并蓄,才能摄取多种营养物质,使人体的营养趋于平衡,也就是“气味合而服之,以补精益气”。如果偏嗜,就会造成很多疾病。如《素问·五脏生成论》说:“多食减,则脉凝涩而变色;多食苦,则皮槁而毛技;多食辛,则筋急而爪枯;多食酸,则肉胝皱而唇揭;多食甘,则骨痛而发落。”《灵枢·五味》也说:“酸走筋,多食之令人癃;咸走血,多食之令人渴;辛走气,多食之令人洞心;苦走骨,多食之令人变呕;甘走肉,多食之令人悦心。”事实证明,食盐过多,大量的钠离子进入血液,细胞中的水就脱离细胞使其稀释,作为防护手段而增加血容量;随着摄入大量的水,使血液体积——血容量持续增加,从而加重心脏负担,心脏加大压力驱动大量血液,血管壁则由于扩张逐渐失去柔性,从而增加了血流阻力,血压升高。体内盐分过多还能抑制碘活动,碘失去活力就会破坏胺质,降低激素分泌,使皮肤变黑,或出现褐斑或雀斑,或皮肤干燥。所以每日进盐量应控制在10克以下。高血压病人若每日摄盐量限制在0.5克以下,血压会逐渐下降。饮食五味为人体所必需,且又不能多食,所以《素同·生气通天论》说:“阴之所生,本在五味;阴之五官,伤在五味。”
怎样才算合理的饮食呢?《老老恒言》说得好:“勿极饥而食,食不过饱;勿极渴而饮,饮不过多。但使瓜不空虚,则冲和之气沦读肌髓。……凡食总以少为有益,脾易磨运,乃化精液。否则极补之物,多食反至受伤,故曰‘少食以安脾’也。”如果做到这一点,饮食就恰到好处了。
其次是少饮酒。
酒为五谷之津液,米曲之华英,能避风寒、宣血脉、消邪气、引药势。适量饮酒,可促进消化,补充人体热能和营养,预防心血管病,促进血液循环和新陈代谢,还有催眠作用。若醉饮过度,盆倾斗量,整日以酒为浆,则会毒气攻心,穿肠腐胁,神错志谬,目不识入。长期过量饮烈性酒,可引起慢性酒精中毒、慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、脂肪肝和肝硬变,暴饮烈性酒可诱发急性心肌梗塞而死亡。所以酒当少饮为佳。《本草纲目》指出:“酒少饮则和血行气,痛饮则伤神耗血。”
第三是节制性生活。
性是人的本能,性生活是人体的一种生理需求,性生活与健康长寿密切相关。有研究认为,结婚的男女一般比独身的男女寿命长。适当的、有规律的性生活,会给男女双方带来心理上的快感、良好的情绪,增加天伦之乐,从而提高抗病能力,延年益寿。《遵生八笺》中说:“阴阳和合,接御有度,可以延年。入房有术,对景能忘,可能延年。”反之,若恣清放纵,过度性生活,“醉以入房,以欲竭其精,以耗散其真”,肾精亏耗,肾气乃伤,促使早衰。所以养生学家有言:“善养生者,必保其精。”
第四是劳逸结合,起居有常。
我国人民自古就有“日出而作,日入而息”的生活习优适度的劳动锻炼和合理的休息,是保持人体精力充沛、健康长寿的重要条件,苦劳逸失常、起居无节,则可影响健康导致早衰。养生之术,无须远求,只需在起居、行住坐卧之间,时时留意调摄,则会受益无穷。凡过劳过逸,均对人体不利。《素问·富明五气》所言之”久视伤血,久立伤骨,久行伤筋”,属于过劳;而“久卧伤气,久坐伤肉”则属于过逸。《保生要录》指出:“养生者,形要小劳,无至大疲。故水流则诸,滞则法。养生之人,欲血脉常行。坐不欲至倦,行不欲至劳。频行不已,然它消缓,即是小劳之术也。”如此知劳逸,慎起居,增寿延年,妙不可言。
三、顺应四时阴阳
《素问·保命全形论》云:“人以天地之气生,四时之法成。”《素问·六节脏象论》又云:“天食人以五气、地食人以五味。”自然界是人类生命的源泉,自然界的千变万化必须会直接影响人体的生命活动。人与大自然是一个有机的整体,每时每刻都与自然界有着物质、能量、信息等方面的交换。
中医提出:“人与天地相应”的科学观点,人既然是自然界的一员,就必须顺应自然界的规律,才会健康长寿。《素问·四气调神大论》说:“阴阳四时者,万物之终站也,死生之本也。逆之则灾害生,从之则病疾不起,是谓得道。”春夏为阳,秋冬为阴,一年四季,寒暑更迭,阴阳变化,这个自界的规律是不可抗拒的。
如何来顺应四时阴阳的变化呢?《内经》中很早就提出了一套具体的办法。主张在春夏之季、气候凉转温、阴消阳长、万象更新之时,人体也必须相应地朝气勃勃,多作些户外活动,使阳气更加充足。秋冬之季,气候由温转凉,阳消阴长,肃杀寒冷,人体必须注意防寒保暖,避之有时,使附气不要妄泄。“阳气者,若天与日,失其所则折春而不彰。”阳气得以保养,疾病就不易产生,人体就会健康延寿。
四、善于调节情志
所谓情志,是指喜怒忧思悲恐惊这七种精神情感活动,是人们对周围事物所做出的反应又称为七情。中医认为,每一种情感活动都与内脏相关联,也就是每一个脏腑都有其情感活动。如《素问·阴阳应象大论》说:“人有五脏化五气,以生喜怒悲忧恐。”心之志为喜,肝之志为怒,碑之志为思,肺之志为忧,肾之志为恐。
一般情况下,喜怒悲优恐属正常的精神活动,只有长期的精神刺激或突然受到超极限的、剧烈的精神创伤,使气血不和、阴阳失调、脏腑经络功能紊乱,就会发生病变,从而导致早衰。
清志所伤主要表现为气机紊乱、升降失调,所谓“百病皆生于气”,即是言气机紊乱后导致很多病变。
情志影响气的病变是由于情志的不同而形式不一,即“怒则气上,喜则气缓,悲则气消,恐则气下,惊则气乱,思则气结。”心为五脏六腑之大主,七情虽各有脏腑所属,各有偏伤,然总统归于心。所以清志之病,调心、宁心十分重要。
怎样活心呢?陈医宝鉴》有是云:“欲治其疾,先活其心,必正其心,乃资于道。使病者尽去心中疑虑思想,一切妄念、一切不平、一切人我,悔悟平生所为过恶,便当放下身心,以我之天合所事之天,久之遂凝于神,则自然心君泰宁,性地和平,知世间万事皆是空虚,终日营为皆是妄想,知我身皆是虚幻,祸祸皆是无有,生死皆是一梦,慨然领悟,顿然解释,则心地自然清净,疾病自然安痊。”情志得调,气机流畅,病安从来,人定能长寿。
五、动静结合
中医养生亦重视健身运动,因为长期坚持运动锻炼,是人体维持健康、增强体质、永幕青春的秘决。钢经》中早就有了“导引术”的记载。我国一千八百多年前的著名外科学家华佗,就自创“五禽戏”作为健身运动,以致“年且百岁,犹有壮容”。他认为:“人体欲得劳动。但不当使极耳,动摇则谷气得消,血脉流通,病不得生,犹如流水不腐,户枢不蠹是也。”他的学生吴曾如法锻炼,坚持不懈,活到九十多岁,仍耳不聋、目不瞑,齿牙完坚。说明长期的运动使人体的肌肉、骨路得到锻炼,使生理、心理得到调节,气血畅通,阴阳协调,就可起到却病延年的作用。
中医养生在强调动的同时,并不忽视静的一面,主张动静结合。《一览延龄》中说:“动中思静,静中思动,皆人之情也。更如静中亦动现书,动中亦静垂钓,无论动静,总归于自然。心情开旷,则谓之养生。……最静之人,食后亦直散步,以舒调气血。好动之人,亦宜静坐片时,以凝形神。”把动与静的结合从辩证观的角度剖析得十分透彻,一动一静,一张一弛,一文一武,一阴一阳,既对立,又统一,符合自然之道。事实证明,许多职业运动员并不是长寿者。所以延寿不但需要动,而且也需要静。动中求静,静中求动,动静结合是科学、合理的健康长寿之道。

盐吃多了会加重心、肾负担,一日食盐量应控制在6克以下,同时要少吃酱肉和其他咸食。
品种杂一点:
要荤素兼顾,粗细搭配,品种越杂越好。每天主副食品不应少于10样。
饭菜香一点:
老年人的味觉减退,食欲较差,所以应适当往菜里多加些葱、姜、醋等调料,尽量做得香一些。
饭菜烂一点:
食物应做得烂一些、细一些、软一些,以利消化;粗粮细做,便于消化和吸收。
饮食热一点:
中老年人饮食应稍热一些,在严冬更应注意,但也不宜过热。
饭要稀一点:
把饭做成粥,最利于老人食用,不仅有益消化,而且能补充老年人必需的水分。
吃得慢一点:
细嚼慢咽可使食物消化得更好,吃得更香,易产生饱胀感,防止吃得过多。
早餐好一点:
早餐应占全天总热量的30%-40%,质量及营养价值要高一些、精一些,便于提供充足的能量。
晚餐早一点:
“饱食即卧,乃生百病”,所以晚餐不仅要少吃点,而且要早点吃。饭后宜稍活动,以利于促进饮食消化。
十二时辰养生 养生学家根据古代百岁寿星的养生经验,将良好的生活方式与规律作息结合,制定了一日十二时辰养生法。明代石室道人称为“二六功课”,清代养生学家称为“十二时无病法”。所以,十二时辰养生法是中国传统延寿方法的一个重要方面。 古代将一昼夜分为十二时辰,即:子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戌、亥。每一时辰相当于现代的两个小时。子时23~1点,丑时1~3点,寅时3~5点,卯时5~7点,辰时7~9点,巳时9~11点,午时11~13点,未时13~15点,申时15~17点,酉时17~19点,戌时19~21点,亥时21~23点。
1、卯时(上午5~7点):晨光初放即披衣起床,叩齿300次,转动两肩,活动筋骨;将两手搓热,擦鼻两旁,熨摩两目6、7遍;揉搓两耳5、6遍;再以两手抱后脑,手心掩耳,用食指放中指上,以中指叩击头枕部各24次,这叫“鸣天鼓”。然后去室外导引。
2、辰时(上午7~9点):导引结束后饮白开水或茶一杯;用手代梳,梳发百余遍,以醒脑明目,防止脱发;然后洗脸、漱口、刷牙;入厕排便。早餐宜吃饱吃好。饭后徐徐行走百步,边走边按摩腹部,以助脾健运。
3、巳时(上午9~11点):或读书,或理家,或种菜,或养花。疲倦时即静坐养神,或叩齿咽津(唾液)。老年人气弱,不宜高声与人长谈。因说话耗气,宜“寡言语以养气”。
4、午时(11~1点):午餐,只宜吃六七分饱。食后用茶叶水漱口,可去油腻,但刚饭后不宜饮茶。静坐或午休。
5、未时(午后1~3点):或午睡,或练气功,或邀友弈棋。
6、申时(午后3~5点):或读书,或写作,或练字作画,或抚琴吟诗,或浏览报刊,或去田间小劳。
7、酉时(午后5~7点):练一段导引;晚餐宜清淡、宜少吃,可饮酒一小杯。晚饭后可在庭院散步、观落霞、听鸟鸣。
8、戌时(晚7~9点):睡前漱口刷牙;用热水洗脚,以引血下行,防止老人上实下虚,上重下轻,坐床上练静功,然后安眠。睡时宜“卧如弓”,向右侧,以防压迫心脏,以利胆汁排泄。
9~10、亥、子时(晚9至次日凌晨1点):“睡不厌蹴,觉不厌舒”,即睡时宜屈膝卧,醒时则伸脚舒体,变换姿势,流通气血。环境宜静,安睡宁神以养元气。
11~12、丑、寅时(凌晨1~5点):此时精气发生,阴茎勃起。人以精气为宝,老年人宜节制房事,但又不宜强制。老人以二十日或一月行房一次为宜。 中医的阴阳五行学说是判读人体经络图基础 阴阳五行是古代春秋《黄帝内经》中由来的,它分为阴阳学说、五行学说。阴阳学说是古代哲学的一对范畴,是古人对自然界无数次的观察、而产生的自发的辩证。阴阳学说把宇宙的一切事物根据其属性分为阴、阳两个方面。阴阳之间相互依存、相互制约、相互转化,是对立而统一的。
就中医来讲,阴阳学说贯穿于中医理论体系的各个方面,用来说明人体的组织结构,生理功能、疾病的发生与发展规律,并以此作为诊断和治疗的依据。具体我们人体的组织结构的阴阳属性是怎么划分的呢?
我们来做一个简单说明。例如:男为阳,女为阴。以人体部位而言,上为阳,下为阴。表为阳,里为阴。背为阳,腹为阴。以脏腑而言,六腑为阳,五脏为阴。以组织结构对功能而言,机能活动属阳,组织结构属阴。气为阳,血为阴。以疾病而言,实症、热症属阳,虚症、寒症属阴。总之,阴阳的属性是相对的,只有阴阳平衡才能使事物发展的完美。
依据中国数千年来实证经验归纳出以“木火土金水”为符号的五行理论,深刻地描述出了人体各部门的相关性。 “木火土金水”依照五行相生相克的理论,相生即:木—火—土—金—水—木:相克即:木—土—水—火—金—木。木代表的脏腑是肝与胆:火代表的是心与小肠:土代表脾与胃:金代表肺与大肠:水代表肾与膀胱。
肝与胆肝主疏泄。肝有升发疏泄的作用,以主管全身气机的舒畅条达。 肝主藏血。肝有储藏血液和调节血量的功能。 肝开窍于目。肝与眼有密切的关系,肝有病常影响眼睛。肝虚则视力模糊,夜盲和迎风流泪,眼睛疲倦乏力,视力下降,贪睡而睡眠质量不高。肝火上炎则目赤。肝循环系统不畅,表现为眼睛干涩,易经常眨巴眼。
肝主筋,其华在爪。肝主管筋的活动,支配全身肌肉关节的活动,而筋靠肝血来营养,若肝血不足,不能养筋,就可出现筋痛、麻木、屈身困难、痉挛抽搐;若热极引动肝风,也可发生抽搐。“爪为筋之余”爪和筋也有密切联系。肝血充足,则指甲坚韧明亮,红润光泽。若肝血不足,则指甲软薄,没有光泽,甚至变形脆裂。
在志为怒。若肝失条达,疏泄失常,气机不畅,就可造成肝气郁结,表现为易怒、易发脾气,头痛、胸肋胀痛。怒可使气血上逆,阳气升发,肝火太旺,则难与人相处。肝功能不好的人,在饮食上通常偏爱吃酸性食物;面色通常暗青无光泽。
胆为六腑之一,胆的主要作用是储藏胆汁。胆汁为清静的液体,故胆被称为“中清之腑”胆病的主要表现为黄疸、肋痛、口苦、呕吐苦水等。
肝与胆通过经络的联系构成表里关系,而且肝胆相连,发生疾病时常互相影响。
心与小肠,心是人体生命活动的主宰,在脏腑中居首要地位,其他脏腑都是在心的统一协调下进行活动的,所以说“心为五脏六腑之主”。
心开窍于舌,舌为心之苗。心功能正常时,则舌体红润灵活,味觉灵敏,语言流利。心气不足,循环不畅时,则舌色紫暗无华。心火过旺,则舌尖红赤或口舌生疮;痰迷心窍时,可见舌强不语。心主神志的功能异常,可见口吃甚至失语等。 其华在面,主血脉。心与脉相连,血液之所以能在血管内循环,全靠心气的推动。心气的强弱会直接影响血的运行。心气旺盛,血脉充盈,则面色红润有光泽;心气不足,循环不畅时,则面色白或青紫无光泽。 在志为喜,主神志。心气亢胜就会出现喜笑不止,有事没事都爱笑,属非正常的笑。心主管精神、意识、思维活动,相当于高级神经活动。如果心主神志的功能正常,则人的精神振作,神志清楚;如果发生障碍,则可出现多种病症,如心悸、惊恐、健忘、失眠、发狂、昏迷、喜笑不休等症。心脏不好的人,在饮食上通常偏爱吃苦味的食物;面色有时会出现赤红色或紫红色。
小肠的功能主要是接受从胃输送来的饮食物,继续消化,分别清浊。小肠有病时,除影响消化吸收功能外,还会出现小便异常。
心与小肠通过经络的联系构成表里关系,如心火过旺,可见舌尖红痛,口腔糜烂,或发生溃疡,小便短赤,甚至出现血尿。这种病理现象,叫做“心热于小肠”。
脾与胃,脾主运化。脾主管食物的消化、吸收、运输。食物入胃经初步消化后,由脾主持进一步消化,若脾循环系统虚弱,则难以调节食物的消化和养分的吸收,易于造成肠胃功能混乱,表现为大便不成形,甚至泻肚不止。胃火过盛,表现为便秘、牙根疼痛或口腔溃疡。
脾开窍于口,其华在唇,主四肢、肌肉。脾能正常的运化水骨精微,滋养全身,则食欲旺盛,肌肉丰满健壮,四肢有力,口唇红润。脾气虚弱,运化失常,则可出现口淡无味,口甜,口腻,口苦等异常感觉,甚至出现口臭。食欲不振,肌肉消瘦,四肢乏力,唇色淡白或萎黄无华。
在志为思。脾胃不好的人,有事没事都易思虑,遇事易想不开,经常是思虑过度,所思不遂。脾胃不好的人,在饮食上通常偏爱吃甜味食物,面色通常萎黄无光泽。
脾与胃通过经络的联系构成表里关系,胃有病可出现上腹胀满疼痛、恶心呕吐等症状。胃主受纳,脾主运化,共同完成消化、吸收、运输营养的任务。脾胃的作用在人体处于十分重要的地位,故有“脾为后天之本”的说法。
肺与大肠,肺主气。肺司呼吸,进行气体交换,以维持人体生命的功能。此外,中医还认为肺主一身之气,五脏、六腑、经络之气的盛衰,均与肺有密切关系。肺主肃降。肺气以清肃下降为顺,若肺气上逆便可发生气喘、咳嗽等症状。
肺开窍于鼻。鼻与肺相通,是呼吸的门户,肺有病时,常表现有鼻塞、流鼻涕、呼吸困难,甚至鼻翼煽动。肺与声音有关,肺气足则声音宏亮,肺气虚则声音低微,风寒犯肺,肺气壅塞,则声音嘶哑,肺痨病由于病邪的损害,或因肺气消耗过甚,可导致失音。
肺主皮毛。肺与皮肤肌表关系密切,肺卫之气充盛,则皮肤肌表固密,皮肤润泽,身体抵抗力强,不易受外邪的侵袭;反之,则毛孔疏松,易受外邪侵袭,可发生自汗、盗汗和易于感冒。
在志为忧。肺功能不好,则易于产生悲忧型的情绪。名著《红楼梦》中的林黛玉就是典型的悲忧型情绪。肺功能不好的人,在饮食上通常偏爱吃辛辣的食物;面色通常苍白无光泽。 大肠的主要功能是传送糟粕,排泄大便。大肠有病则影响排便,或燥结便秘,或腹痛腹泻,或下痢脓血。
肺与大肠通过经络的联系构成表里关系,肺气肃降则大肠功能正常,大便通畅。若大肠积滞不通,也能反过来影响肺气的肃降。
肾与膀胱,肾是先天之根,主寿命,臧智。肾的强弱主要是父母遗传,肾亏者只要坚持长期调整肾的循环功能和基础两部分,完全可以健康、长寿。
肾主藏精。一是藏生殖之“精”,主管人的生育繁殖;二是藏五脏六腑之“精”主管人体的生长、发育和其他重要生命活动。肾主水。肾是调节内水代谢的重要器官,故肾有水脏之称。
肾上开窍于耳,下开窍于二阴。耳与肾有关,为肾之上窍,肾气充足,则听觉正常;肾气虚衰,则耳鸣、耳聋。二阴指肛门与尿道,为肾之下窍,故大小便的排泄与肾有关,如肾气虚衰可导致小便失禁,或排尿淋沥不尽,尿频、尿急、遗尿、夜尿等症。肾阳不足可导致便秘,命门火衰可致黎明前腹泻等。
肾主骨,生骨髓,通于脑。肾藏精,精生髓;肾又与脑有关,肾精充足,则骨、髓、脑三者充实健壮,四肢轻松有力,行动灵敏,精力充沛,耳聪目明。肾精不足,常出现动作缓慢,骨弱无力,贫血,或眩晕、健忘以及小儿智力发育迟缓等症。另外,“齿为骨之余”,牙齿于骨有关,肾气虚衰,则牙齿易松动而脱落。
其华在发。毛发的生长脱落,常能反映肾气的盛衰。肾气旺盛,则毛发茂密乌黑有光泽;肾气虚衰,则毛发稀疏易脱落或变白无光泽。
在志为恐。肾功能不好的人,通常易胆怯怕事,以大惊小怪,心理承受能力比较差。在饮食上通常偏爱吃咸味食物,也就是口重。面色通常暗黑无光泽。
膀胱的功能主要是储存和排泄尿液,如膀胱有病,就会出现尿频、尿急或排尿疼痛等症。 肾与膀胱通过经络的联系构成表里关系,膀胱的排尿功能失常,有时与肾的疾病有关,如肾虚不能固摄,就会出现小便失禁或遗尿;肾虚气化不及,则可出现尿闭或小便不畅。
阴阳五行与五脏六腑间的关系
我们自然界的五行有相生和相克的关系,我们人体的五行也有相生和相克的关系。
相生的关系是,肝好,心好;心好,脾好;脾好,肺好;肺好,肾好;肾好,肝好。这叫年轻,健康,不得病。
它们有相生的关系,就有相克的关系,相克的关系是什么呢?
相克的关系是:肾功能不好,心脑血管就不好。肾是过滤的,肾有肾小球和肾小管,肾小球管过滤,肾小管重新吸收进血液里。如果肾功能不好,肾小球过滤不干净,就像一个漏勺一样,兜不住了,肾小管吸收进血液里。心脑血管功能下降,克回肺,又克回肝,肝不好又克回脾胃,肝功能不好的人,见油腻的东西,他就吃不下,最后又克回肾。所以从这个角度分析,耐心看到这里的各位朋友,是不是有这样那样的问题?有,是吗?
